Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Analytics to lead a team of analysts driving product-led growth decisions across the customer journey from acquisition to expansion.

You will partner with PLG Product Managers and Engineers, define measurable hypotheses, and establish robust measurement frameworks. The role combines hands-on analytics with strategic leadership to scale analytics capabilities across the company.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product analytics, growth analytics, BI, data science, or related field in SaaS.
• Experience designing, measuring, or interpreting product experiments (A/B tests) with statistical reasoning.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with complex data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Help leaders understand PLG journey performance, friction, and improvement opportunities.
• Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to drive self-service bookings and growth.
• Partner with PLG PMs and Engineers to define business questions, hypotheses, goals, and success metrics.
• Lead and develop a team of growth analysts through coaching and career development.
• Establish and evolve measurement for the PLG funnel from acquisition to expansion.
