Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Analytics to lead a team of analysts and partner with PLG Product Managers and Engineers across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to expansion. The role blends hands-on analysis with shaping analytics strategy and operating model.

You will establish measurement, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Data teams, and drive self-service insights, dashboards, and AI-enhanced analytics to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and interpreting product experiments and A/B tests.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
• Proven collaboration with product, eng, and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor growth analytics team to deliver insights.
• Define business questions, hypotheses, goals, and metrics with PLG teams.
• Build measurement plans for PLG funnel and experiments.
• Develop dashboards and self-service reports for stakeholders.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis and reporting.
