Qualifications

• Experience in product analytics, growth analytics, BI, data science, or related field in SaaS with PLG or self-service motion.
• Experience designing and interpreting product experiments and A/B tests with statistical reasoning.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with complex data across multiple sources.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar for statistics or data prep.
• Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake/dbt) and creating reusable analytics assets.

Responsibilities

• Help leaders understand PLG journey performance, friction, and growth opportunities.
• Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Data to enable self-service bookings and growth.
• Partner with PLG PMs and Engineers to define questions, hypotheses, goals, and success metrics.
• Lead and mentor a team of growth analysts, setting priorities and supporting career growth.
• Define measurement for the PLG funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, expansion, and customer value.
• Analyze customer behavior using segmentation, cohorts, funnels, retention, and experimentation.
• Design measurement plans for initiatives and experiments with instrumentation and guardrails.
• Improve product analytics quality with consistent metric definitions, event tracking, dashboards, and self-service reporting.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis, SQL/Python development, data modeling, and documentation.
