Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Analytics to lead a team of analysts and partner with PLG Product Managers and Engineers. You will shape analytics strategy, operate model, and capabilities to enable product teams to scale decisions, guiding measurement across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.

You will work hands-on on analyses, build dashboards, and leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate insights, while ensuring clear communication to technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• Experience in product analytics or growth analytics in SaaS.
• Ability to design and measure experiments like A/B tests.
• Strong SQL and data across multiple sources.
• Experience with Python or R for analysis.
• Experience with dashboards and self-service reporting.

Responsibilities

• Understand PLG journey performance and friction points to drive outcomes.
• Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Data teams.
• Define business questions, hypotheses, goals, and success metrics with PMs/Engineers.
• Lead and develop a team of growth analysts.
• Establish measurement for the PLG funnel from acquisition to expansion.
• Analyze customer behavior with segmentation, cohort, funnel, and retention methods.
