Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Analytics to guide product-led growth analytics and partner with PLG PMs and Engineers across the customer journey. You will lead a team of analysts, drive strategy, and shape analytics capabilities to enable scalable decision-making.

You'll engage deeply with complex questions, design measurement plans, and elevate the quality of product analytics through trusted metric definitions, dashboards, and self-service reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or data science in a software/SaaS environment.
• Experience designing, measuring, or interpreting product experiments and A/B tests.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with complex data from multiple sources.
• Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis or data preparation.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms (Snowflake, dbt) and dashboarding tools (Looker, Tableau).
• Ability to define metrics and measurement plans with product/engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand PLG journey performance and identify friction points.
• Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Partner with PLG PMs to define business questions, hypotheses, goals, and success metrics.
• Lead growth analysts and support career development.
• Establish PLG funnel measurement across acquisition, activation, retention, expansion.
