Job summary

Ampirical is seeking a Growth Analytics Program Manager to support pursuit strategy, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting. This role ensures data integrity between HubSpot and Deltek Vantagepoint, supports forecasting efforts, and provides analytical support to the growth team.

You will own pipeline health, build forecast models, and deliver executive-ready visuals for leadership. Collaboration with Growth Managers and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum 7 years in growth, business development, or analytics in utilities, energy, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Deltek Vantagepoint).
• Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity between HubSpot and Deltek Vantagepoint and resolve discrepancies.
• Record closed won/awarded deals across HubSpot and Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Support revenue forecasting by validating pipeline data and reporting inputs.
• Build forecast models translating pipeline to projected revenue and timing.
• Deliver regular pipeline reports and leadership dashboards.
• Develop pipeline/awards visuals and executive narratives for board meetings.
• Prepare analytical materials for leadership presentations and metrics.
• Partner with Growth Managers for data-driven pursuit decisions.
• Monitor pipeline health and flag data quality issues.
• Improve CRM workflows and reporting between HubSpot and Vantagepoint.
• Collaborate with proposal, finance, and operations teams to align data with execution.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as directed by the Director of Growth Operations.
