Job summary

Inspire Experiences seeks a Growth Admin to maintain HubSpot CRM, build pipeline processes, and coordinate revenue operations. You will coordinate deal progression, ensure data integrity, and support the Chief Growth Officer with revenue-related tasks.

You will own reporting dashboards, weekly pipeline reviews, and monthly forecasts, enabling leadership to make informed decisions and keep the revenue engine moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM data management in a revenue environment.
• Ability to manage complex pipeline processes and SLAs.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pipeline movements and ensure required fields are completed.
• QA proposals before sharing with Clients.
• Prepare weekly pipeline reviews with action items.
• Deliver monthly revenue forecast to Leadership.
• Maintain HubSpot deal records and reporting dashboards.
• Assist the CGO with revenue tasks.
