HR Tech Job is seeking a Principal Systems & Data Analyst to own data foundations, attribution design, and data quality across HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, Amplitude, and related tools. This individual contributor role shapes how pipeline is measured and trusted across Growth Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing or revenue analytics, attribution modeling, or data analysis in a B2B SaaS environment, with a senior-level independent track record.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce data models.
• Experience evaluating and implementing attribution tools or models.
• Experience translating marketing and revenue measurement needs into requirements for centralized Analytics, data engineering, or BI teams.
• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills; Looker and/or Amplitude experience a plus.
• Experience using AI tools to analyze data quality and with AI tools in the stack (6sense, Qualified, Outreach).
• Experience applying LLMs to natural-language reporting, data-quality workflows, or self-service analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a new attribution model or tool for the growth-marketing funnel, then build pipeline reporting in Looker and Amplitude.
• Define field standards, deduplication rules, and data quality SLAs across HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Map and improve end-to-end data flows across HubSpot, Salesforce, and adjacent systems.
• Support regional and growth-marketing teams with attribution and performance questions, building clear definitions.
• Own source-of-truth definitions for customer and account data, partnering with customer-facing systems.
• Partner with SDR Operations to keep data health and reporting consistent across the funnel.
• Collaborate with Marketing Systems Architect on integration and sync design for trustworthy reporting.
• Support Lifecycle Marketing with segmentation and performance reporting needs.
• Document data definitions, standards, and reporting logic for scalability.
