Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Director of Strategic Initiatives, Data Science & Product Management - Growth Analytics to partner with GA leadership, shape strategy, and drive execution of priorities. You will lead executive-facing scorecards, dashboards, and reporting, enabling data-driven decisions at the highest levels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Management or Strategic Planning with exec-level presentations.
• 8+ years leveraging data analytics and financial modeling to influence decisions.
• 7+ years product management leading data/AI products in a complex enterprise.
• 6+ years influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• 5+ years in Data Science/Analytics driving strategy and outcomes.
• 4+ years navigating ambiguity and delivering results.
• 4+ years leading initiatives from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives with GA leadership and executive communications.
• Develop executive scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Support financial planning, workforce planning, and headcount management.
• Foster an inclusive Growth Analytics culture and change management.
• Define and communicate vision, strategy, and roadmap for data/AI products.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle for analytics and AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and stakeholders to deliver scalable products.
• Establish product success metrics and monitor ROI.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive execution.
• Serve as advisor translating goals into actionable plans.
