Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Director of Strategic Initiatives in Growth Analytics & Product Management to partner with GA leadership, shape strategy, and drive executive-level initiatives across performance scorecards, reporting, and communication.

You will own the vision and roadmap for analytics and AI-driven data products, ensure stakeholder alignment, and lead end-to-end product life cycles from discovery through adoption and measured impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Management or Strategic Planning with executive presentation experience.
• 8+ years using data analytics and financial modeling to influence decisions.
• 7+ years in product management for data, analytics, or AI-driven products.
• 6+ years influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives with Growth Analytics leadership and create exec-facing materials.
• Develop executive-facing scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Support financial planning, workforce planning, and operational reviews.
• Foster an inclusive Growth Analytics culture through change management and events.
• Define and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for Growth Analytics data, analytics, and AI products.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics and AI-driven solutions.
