Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Strategic Initiatives, Data Science & Product Management - Growth Analytics to shape organizational strategy and drive analytics-driven data products.

You will partner with GA leadership on executive reporting, financial planning, and workforce management while delivering AI-powered solutions that unlock business insights and accelerate decision-making across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Management, Strategic Planning, or related roles.
• 8+ years of experience leveraging data analytics and financial modeling to influence strategic decisions.
• 7+ years of product management experience leading data, analytics, or AI-driven products in a complex enterprise environment.
• 6+ years of experience solving complex business problems with ability to operate at strategic and execution levels.
• 6+ years of experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience navigating ambiguity and driving alignment in fast-paced environments.
• 4+ years of demonstrated success leading initiatives from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Growth Analytics (GA) leadership to drive strategic initiatives and lead high-impact projects.
• Develop executive-facing scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Support business management activities including financial planning and modeling, workforce planning, and headcount management.
• Foster a high-performing, inclusive Growth Analytics culture through engagement programs and change management.
• Define and communicate vision, strategy, and roadmap for Growth Analytics data, analytics, and AI-powered products.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics and AI-driven solutions, from discovery to adoption.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, analytics teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable products.
• Establish product success metrics and monitor usage and outcomes for ROI.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Serve as trusted advisor to GA leadership translating goals into actionable plans.
