• 6+ years solving complex business problems with strategic and execution focus.
• 6+ years influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders with strong communication.
• 5+ years in Data Science, Analytics, or related field leveraging data-driven insights.
• 4+ years navigating ambiguity and driving alignment in fast-paced environments.
• 4+ years leading initiatives from concept through execution with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives with Growth Analytics leadership and lead high-impact projects.
• Develop executive-facing scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Support financial planning, workforce planning, and operational reviews.
• Foster an inclusive Growth Analytics culture and lead engagement programs.
• Define and communicate a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for data, analytics, and AI products.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics and AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver scalable products.
• Establish product success metrics and drive ROI and continuous improvement.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
