Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Strategic Initiatives, Data Science & Product Management - Growth Analytics. You will partner with GA leadership to shape strategy, develop executive scorecards, and drive adoption of analytics-driven data products across the organization.

Lead end-to-end product life cycles, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable business impact in a fast-paced environment with executive presence and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience driving organizational effectiveness and scalable processes.
• Ability to present to executives and communicate strategy clearly.
• Experience leading data, analytics, or AI-driven products in a large enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GA leadership to drive strategic initiatives and produce executive presentations.
• Develop executive scorecards, dashboards and performance reporting.
• Support financial planning, workforce planning, and headcount management.
• Foster a high-performing Growth Analytics culture and drive change management.
• Define and communicate vision, strategy, and roadmap for analytics and AI products.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from opportunity to adoption and impact measurement.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable products.
• Establish product success metrics and monitor usage and outcomes.
• Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution.
• Serve as advisor to GA leadership translating goals into actionable plans.
