• 10+ years in Business Management or Strategic Planning with executive-level communications.
• 8+ years using data analytics and financial modeling to influence decisions.
• 7+ years in product management for data/AI-driven enterprise products.
• 6+ years partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• 4+ years leading initiatives from concept to execution.
• 5+ years in Data Science/Analytics or related field.
• 4+ years navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives with Growth Analytics (GA) leadership and lead high-impact projects, including executive presentations and leadership communications.
• Develop executive-facing scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Support financial planning, workforce planning, headcount management, and operational reviews.
• Foster a high-performing Growth Analytics culture with employee engagement and change management efforts.
• Define and communicate a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for Growth Analytics data, analytics, and AI-powered products.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics and AI-driven solutions, from opportunity identification to delivery and measurement.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, analytics teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable insights.
• Establish product success metrics and monitor performance and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and align priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to GA leadership and translate goals into actionable plans.
