Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Management or Strategic Planning.
• 8+ years in data analytics and financial modeling.
• 7+ years of product management in data/analytics/AI.
• 6+ years influencing senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• 5+ years in Data Science or Analytics.
• 4+ years navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
• 4+ years delivering initiatives from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GA leadership to drive strategic initiatives and lead high-impact projects.
• Develop executive-facing scorecards, dashboards, and reporting.
• Support business management activities including financial planning and workforce planning.
• Foster a high-performing Growth Analytics culture through engagement and change management.
• Define and communicate a vision and roadmap for Growth Analytics data and AI products.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics and AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver scalable products.
• Establish product success metrics and monitor performance and ROI.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Serve as trusted advisor to GA leadership translating goals into actionable plans.
