CVS Health is seeking a Director of Strategic Initiatives, Data Science & Product Management - Growth Analytics to partner with GA leadership, shaping strategy, and delivering executive-facing initiatives including scorecards, reporting, and communications.

You will own the vision and roadmap for analytics and AI-driven data products, lead end-to-end lifecycle, collaborate with data engineers and scientists, and drive measurable business impact in a fast-paced enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Management, Strategic Planning, or related roles.
• 8+ years using data analytics and financial modeling to influence decisions.
• 7+ years of product management leading data/AI-driven products.
• 6+ years solving complex business problems at strategic and execution levels.
• 6+ years influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• 5+ years in Data Science/Analytics driving outcomes.
• 4+ years navigating ambiguity and driving alignment.
• 4+ years leading initiatives from concept to execution with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GA leadership to drive strategic initiatives and executive communications.
• Develop executive scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Support financial planning, workforce planning, and operational reviews.
• Foster a high-performing Growth Analytics culture and engagement programs.
• Define and communicate vision and roadmap for Growth Analytics data and AI products.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle for analytics and AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to deliver scalable products.
• Establish product success metrics and monitor outcomes.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive execution.
• Serve as trusted advisor translating goals into actionable plans.
