Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Strategic Initiatives, Data Science & Product Management - Growth Analytics to partner with GA leadership, shape strategy, and drive executive-level reporting and communications.

You will own the vision and roadmaps for AI-powered data products, manage end-to-end delivery, and collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to deliver scalable insights that move the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Management or Strategic Planning with executive presentations
• 8+ years using data analytics and financial modeling to influence decisions
• 7+ years product management of data/AI products in a complex enterprise
• 6+ years influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• 5+ years in Data Science, Analytics, or related field

Responsibilities

• Drive executive-facing initiatives, scorecards, and leadership communications.
• Develop dashboards and performance reporting for strategic priorities.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and workforce planning.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to deliver scalable insights.
• Monitor ROI and drive continuous improvement.
