• 10+ years of experience in Business Management, Strategic Planning or related roles.
• 8+ years of experience leveraging data analytics and financial modeling.
• 7+ years of product management experience leading data, analytics or AI-driven products.
• 6+ years solving complex business problems at strategic and execution levels.
• 6+ years influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders through communication.
• 5+ years in Data Science, Analytics, or related field driving outcomes.
• 4+ years navigating ambiguity and driving alignment.
• 4+ years leading initiatives from concept to execution with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives with Growth Analytics leadership; lead executive presentations and reviews.
• Develop executive scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Support financial planning, workforce planning, and headcount management.
• Foster a high-performing Growth Analytics culture with engagement programs.
• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Growth Analytics data, analytics, and AI products.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics and AI-driven solutions.
• Partner with data engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver scalable insights.
• Establish product success metrics and monitor outcomes for ROI.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment and execution.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Growth Analytics leadership and translate goals into action.
