You will own AI-driven data products, deliver performance scorecards, and influence stakeholders across a fast-paced enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Management, Strategic Planning, or related roles.
• 8+ years of experience leveraging data analytics and financial modeling.
• 7+ years of product management experience leading data, analytics, or AI-driven products.
• 6+ years of experience solving complex business problems and driving execution.
• 6+ years of influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years navigating ambiguity and driving alignment.
• 4+ years leading initiatives from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GA leadership to drive strategic initiatives and lead high-impact projects.
• Develop executive-facing scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Support financial planning, workforce planning and headcount management.
• Foster a high-performing Growth Analytics culture and lead engagement programs.
• Define and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for Growth Analytics data, analytics, and AI products.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics and AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver scalable products and insights.
• Establish product success metrics and monitor performance and ROI.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Serve as trusted advisor translating strategic goals into actionable plans.
