Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years in Business Management or Strategic Planning with leadership and executive communications experience.
8+ years using data analytics and financial modeling to drive strategic decisions.
7+ years leading product management for data/AI-driven products in an enterprise.
6+ years solving complex business problems and aligning senior stakeholders.
4+ years delivering initiatives from concept to execution with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic initiatives and high-impact projects with GA leadership.
Develop executive scorecards, dashboards, and performance reports for data-driven decisions.
Support financial planning, workforce planning, and operational reviews.
Foster a high-performing Growth Analytics culture and manage change efforts.
Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for analytics and AI-powered products.
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics solutions and drive adoption.
