Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience driving organizational effectiveness and executive-level communications.
• 8+ years leveraging data analytics and financial modeling to influence decisions.
• 7+ years of product management leading data/AI products in a complex enterprise.
• 6+ years solving complex business problems at both strategy and execution levels.
• 6+ years influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• 5+ years in Data Science, Analytics, or related field with data-driven impact.
• 4+ years navigating ambiguity and aligning fast-paced environments.
• 4+ years delivering initiatives from concept to execution with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GA leadership to drive strategic initiatives and lead high-impact projects.
• Develop executive-facing scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Support financial planning, workforce planning, headcount management, and reviews.
• Foster an inclusive Growth Analytics culture with engagement programs and change efforts.
• Define and communicate vision, strategy, and roadmap for data, analytics, and AI products.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle for analytics and AI-driven solutions from idea to adoption.
• Collaborate with data engineers/scientists and stakeholders to deliver scalable insights.
• Establish product success metrics and monitor usage and outcomes.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution.
• Advise GA leadership and translate goals into actionable plans.
