Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Strategic Initiatives, Data Science & Product Management - Growth Analytics. You will partner with GA leadership to shape strategy, deliver executive scorecards, and drive AI-driven data products that enable rapid business insights.

You will manage end-to-end product lifecycles, influence senior leaders, and ensure measurable business impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Management, Strategic Planning or related roles.
• 8+ years of experience leveraging data analytics and financial modeling.
• 7+ years of product management experience leading data/AI products.
• 6+ years of solving complex business problems at strategic/execution levels.
• 6+ years of influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives with GA leadership and deliver executive presentations and business reviews.
• Develop executive scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Lead financial planning, workforce planning, and operational reviews.
• Foster a high-performing Growth Analytics culture and drive change management.
• Define and communicate a clear vision and roadmaps for Growth Analytics data, analytics, and AI products.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics and AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers/scientists and business stakeholders to deliver scalable insights.
• Establish product success metrics and monitor outcomes to maximize ROI.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders and translate strategy into actionable plans.
