• 5+ years in Data Science/Analytics or related field.
• 4+ years navigating ambiguity and driving alignment.
• 4+ years leading initiatives from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-facing initiatives, including scorecards and reporting.
• Develop executive dashboards and performance reporting for decisions.
• Support financial planning, workforce planning, and reviews.
• Foster a high-performing Growth Analytics culture and engagement.
• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for data, analytics, and AI products.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle for analytics/AI solutions from discovery to adoption.
• Partner with data engineers/scientists to deliver scalable products.
• Establish product success metrics and drive ROI.
