CVS Health is seeking a Director of Strategic Initiatives, Data Science & Product Management - Growth Analytics to partner with GA leadership and shape organizational strategy through data-driven initiatives. You will own AI-powered data products, drive executive communications, and manage financial planning, workforce strategy, and organizational culture efforts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Management, Strategic Planning, or related roles.
• 8+ years of experience leveraging data analytics and financial modeling.
• 7+ years of product management experience in data/analytics/AI products.
• 6+ years of experience solving complex business problems and engaging senior leaders.
• 5+ years in Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years navigating ambiguity and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives with Growth Analytics leadership and manage high-impact projects.
• Develop executive-facing scorecards, dashboards and performance reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Support financial planning, workforce planning, headcount management, and operational reviews.
• Foster an inclusive Growth Analytics culture and lead engagement programs.
• Define a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for data, analytics, and AI-powered products.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from opportunity to adoption and measurement.
