Job summary

Kokolakis is seeking a driven Business Analyst to power growth by turning data into opportunity and delivering actionable insights across CRM, marketing, and operations. This in-office role sits at the center of business development, marketing, and operations, helping connect people, projects, and pursuits.

You will help keep our CRM clean and actionable while identifying new opportunities and supporting strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years CRM management, data analysis, or business development support.
• Experience in construction, AEC, or related industry preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and standardize client, contact, and project records in the CRM.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for leadership visibility.
• Support proposal teams with project data and staff resumes.
• Identify dormant clients and support re-engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with business development and leadership on pursuit strategy.
• Lead weekly Go/No-Go meetings and support decision-making.
