Job summary

CookUnity is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Growth Analytics (CRM) to own and scale our CRM analytics strategy. You will partner with Marketing, Product, and Data Engineering to measure campaigns, optimize retention, and drive lifetime value through data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes experiments (A/B, holdouts) and building automated dashboards to monitor activation, retention, and campaign impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics with CRM/growth focus.
• Strong SQL ability to pull and validate large data sets.
• Experience with measurement, experimentation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the Analytics strategy for CRM and lifecycle.
• Define measurement frameworks for campaigns and journeys.
• Partner with Marketing, Product and Data Engineering on experiments.
• Build dashboards to track activation, retention and revenue impact.
• Present insights to executives with clear storytelling.
