J Kokolakis Contracting Inc is seeking a driven Business Analyst in Tarpon Springs, FL to join in-office and support growth by turning data into opportunity. You will connect CRM data with pipeline insights and lead cross-functional efforts across business development, marketing, and operations.

Responsibilities include CRM data management, dashboards, and market analysis to inform strategic decisions. The role emphasizes detail orientation, pattern spotting, and delivering actionable insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in CRM management, data analysis, or business development support.
• Experience in the construction, AEC, or related industry preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (ProjectMark or similar systems preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• CRM Data Management: maintain client, contact, and project records; standardize data; governance; train staff on CRM usage; manage opportunities (RFQs, RFPs, bids).
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for leadership visibility; prepare weekly reports on pipeline and wins/losses.
• Conduct market sector analysis (solid waste, aviation, healthcare, federal, etc.).
• Lead Go/No-Go meetings to identify opportunities and support decisions.
• Marketing Integration: align CRM data with marketing materials and support proposals with project data.
