The analyst will collaborate with the East region, use CRM for performance reviews, and help shape forecasts and client strategies with clear, data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, strategy, or a similar analytical role.
• Proficient with MEKKO charts and other analytical tools.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Track record of building business relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data-driven market analysis to spot growth opportunities and assess competitive position.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and regional teams to enrich market analysis.
• Act as a strategic partner to sales, sharing market insights to sharpen targeting.
• Use CRM to run monthly performance reviews of account managers against KPIs.
• Analyze East region data and produce comprehensive month-end reports.
• Inform forecast development through in-depth data analysis.
• Design and deliver presentations for clients and prospects.
• Build client relationships to drive acquisition and sales growth.
• Refine business processes to improve sales and operations efficiency.
