Job summary

RedCircle is seeking an Analyst in Los Angeles or Boston to join the finance, product, and growth teams. You will ensure data availability, build dashboards, and support business decisions with end-to-end data work.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in analytics, strong SQL, Python, and dbt skills, plus experience with data warehousing and collaborating with product teams on growth initiatives. Hybrid work 3–4 days in-office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a highly analytical role with data analytics expertise (ETL, dbt modeling, BI) and exposure to the full data stack (SQL, Python, data warehouses).
• 3+ years collaborating with growth or product teams to address core needs and empower nontechnical teammates with data tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as a “full stack” data analyst covering data analysis, visualization, data modeling in dbt, and ETL pipeline.
• Collaborate with product, sales, leadership, and finance to conduct analyses that support growth and product decisions (e.g., funnel evaluation, sales forecasting, revenue reporting).
• Bring curiosity to data patterns and provide insights to support company growth in collaboration with leadership.
• Update and improve data pipelines and models to ensure accurate information for teammates and connected tools.
