CVS Health in Utah is hiring a Director of Strategic Initiatives, Data Science & Product Management – Growth Analytics. You will partner with GA leadership to shape strategy, deliver executive-facing scorecards, and lead high-impact projects that drive data-driven decisions.

You will own the vision and roadmap for AI-powered data products, collaborate with data engineers and scientists, and ensure measurable business impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Management or Strategic Planning with executive-level presentations.
• 8+ years using data analytics and financial modeling to influence decisions.
• 7+ years in product management of data/AI products in large orgs.
• 6+ years solving complex business problems at strategic/execution levels.
• 5+ years leveraging data science to guide strategy and outcomes.
• 4+ years navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
• 4+ years delivering initiatives from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and executive-facing projects with GA leadership.
• Develop executive scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Support financial planning, workforce planning, and reviews.
• Foster Growth Analytics culture and change management.
• Define vision and roadmap for Growth Analytics data and AI products.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers/scientists and stakeholders.
• Establish success metrics and monitor ROI and usage.
• Align stakeholders and drive execution in a fast-paced setting.
• Advise GA leadership and translate goals into actionable plans.
