Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Strategic Initiatives, Data Science & Product Management - Growth Analytics. You will partner with GA leadership to shape strategy, create executive scorecards, and drive adoption of AI-driven data products across the organization.

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, coordinate with data engineers and scientists, and influence senior leaders to deliver measurable business impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Management or strategic roles.
• 8+ years in data analytics and financial modeling.
• 7+ years in product management of data/AI products.
• 6+ years solving complex business problems.
• 6+ years influencing senior leaders and stakeholders.
• 5+ years in Data Science or analytics.
• 4+ years navigating ambiguity and driving alignment.
• 4+ years delivering initiatives end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives with GA leadership and exec-level stakeholders.
• Develop executive scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Support financial planning, workforce planning, and operational reviews.
• Foster an inclusive Growth Analytics culture and change management.
• Define and communicate vision and roadmap for data/AI products.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to adoption and impact.
• Collaborate with data engineers/scientists to deliver scalable insights.
• Establish product success metrics and monitor ROI and utilization.
• Influence cross-functional teams and align priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advise GA leadership and translate goals into actionable plans.
