Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a growth-minded AI engineer to build and tune generative AI agents for enterprise prospecting at scale. You will design prompts, configure agent behavior, and connect data signals to messaging logic, delivering self-serve AI workflows used by sellers daily.

The role reports to the Sr Director, Growth Global Prospecting and Inbound Sales, and demands hands-on building with a strong data fluency and governance awareness in a fast‑growing program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical GTM, growth engineering, or applied AI role - hands‑on building, not managing.
• Deep prompt engineering or NLP experience: produced production prompts that impact customer output.
• Experience with modern enrichment and orchestration tools (Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, or similar).
• Strong data fluency: comfortable with SQL, APIs, and webhook-based integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI agent configurations: prompt architectures, context injection logic, tone calibration, and response validation rules.
• Design signal-to-message workflows end to end: from enrichment through message generation and quality scoring.
• Own the BRD for use cases assigned by Growth AI Lead, translating business intent into buildable specs.
• Ship self-serve AI workflows using tools like Clay, enrichment APIs, and prompt orchestration platforms.
