Docusign is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive new customer growth. You will partner with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to optimize AI-driven discovery and self-serve acquisition, building end-to-end measurement and experimentation frameworks.

Lead cross-functional analyses, deliver clear insights, and scale impact across self-serve and sales-assisted motions in a hybrid role. Strong analytical and strategic execution is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Analytics or Data Science, SaaS growth analytics preferred.
• Experience with experimentation and strategic analysis.
• Proficient in SQL and Python or R; strong visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Set analytics strategy and roadmap for New Customer Acquisition.
• Define measurement framework for AEO/GEO including LLM voice/sentiment.
• Design, implement and analyze experiments and infer impact.
• Forecast growth opportunities; guide resource prioritization.
• Translate analyses into recommendations for senior leadership.
• Provide regular metric reports to executives.
• Apply predictive modeling, segmentation, attribution to buyer behavior.
• Leverage AI tools to speed analyses and automate reporting.
