DocuSign is seeking an experienced leader to shape an AI-powered prospecting platform across regions and languages. You will define the capability roadmap for autonomous agents, orchestrate the end-to-end prompt-to-prospect pipeline, and ensure high-quality outputs that translate to pipeline growth.

You will work as an individual contributor reporting to the Sr Director of Growth Global Prospecting and Inbound Sales, in a hybrid role with both in-office and remote time.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience including 5+ years in revenue operations, growth engineering, marketing technology, or applied AI.
• At least 5 years in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience building AI/ML-powered workflows in production prompt engineering, agent orchestration, or applied NLP.
• Experience mentoring or leading technical ICs (engineers, data scientists, or PMs).

Responsibilities

• Own the capability roadmap, deciding which AI agents, prompt architectures, and signal workflows get built and in what sequence.
• Co-design and govern the full prompt-to-prospect pipeline, signaling enrichment, message generation, delivery orchestration.
• Provide prioritization input to DTS on engineering requests to align capacity with high-impact experiments.
• Build and ship self-serve AI workflows directly (prompt architectures, sequences, signal logic) without engineering sprints.
• Govern production quality and approve all agent deployments before they reach prospects, maintaining the quality bar.
• Aggregate requests from Global Directors to create a coherent engineering backlog.
• Manage and develop Growth AI Builders, providing technical direction and review.
• Partner with the S&O Strategy Lead on measurement design, attribution models, and investment narratives.
• Collaborate with DTS Product Management on architecture decisions for multi-agent workflows.
• Maintain a shared roadmap artifact for real-time visibility across stakeholders.
