Job summary

You will collaborate with the CSR and Executive Director to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets, leveraging CRM tools and strong communication to deliver exceptional welcome experiences and move-ins.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales process with focus on move-ins, prioritizing private pay.
• Generates admissions through referrals and inquiry follow-up to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Responds promptly to referrals and inquiries; maintains CRM management.
• Supports campus move-in activities and welcome communications.
• Plans and executes campus events including Senior Executive Club and community events.
• Ensures tour readiness with marketing collateral and a welcoming tour path.
• Answers multi-line phone system promptly and directs callers appropriately.
