Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, New Albany campus, is seeking a Sales Associate to join the campus Sales & Growth Team. You will handle phone inquiries, tours, data and lead management, and customer questions, supporting the Director of Sales and CSR to drive move-ins and census.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–3 years of relevant sales or customer service experience, with a focus on building referrals and delivering excellent resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales process and conversion to move-ins with focus on private pay.
• Generates admissions through referral partnerships and inquiry sales follow-up to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals with CRM.
• Responds promptly to referrals and inquiries, with timely follow-up and CRM management.
• Supports onboarding of new customers and communications related to move-in activities.
• Plans, coordinates, and executes campus events including Senior Executive Club and community events.
• Ensures campus is tour ready with marketing collateral, tour route and stations; conducts tours as part of the team.
• Answers multi-line phone system professionally, directing callers to the right person or department.
