Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Sales & Growth Team. You will handle phone inquiries, tours, data and lead management, and customer communications to drive move-ins and admissions.

The role emphasizes building referral partnerships, effective CRM use, and coordinating campus events while contributing to overall census goals and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Executes sales process and the conversion to move-in percentages resulting in overall census with a focus on private pay.
• Generates admissions through referral partnerships and advancing the inquiry sales process through follow-up and closing using the CRM system.
• Responds to referrals and inquiries promptly, with timely follow-up and CRM management.
• Supports campus welcome and move-in activities, including gifts, communications, and paperwork.
• Plans and executes campus events and ensures tours are ready with appropriate materials.
