Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Admission Coordinator in Indiana to drive census and revenue targets on the campus Sales & Growth Team. You will handle pre-admission and admission paperwork, coordinate with the Director of Sales, and ensure smooth enrollment for residents and families.

You'll respond quickly to referrals, enter data into the CRM, and help plan community marketing events while supporting the Sales Director in keeping apartments and campus spaces market-ready in line with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets targets for lead and lease conversion for health center and senior living.
• Completes preadmission, admission and transfer paperwork and submits info for insurance precertification.
• Responds to referrals/leads promptly and enters data into the CRM accurately.
• Communicates admission/move-in activities with campus leaders and stakeholders.
• Supports planning of campus events including community marketing and lead gen activities.
