Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound inquiries and tours, supporting the Director of Sales.
• Maintains data and leads in the CRM; follows up to drive move-in conversions.
• Collaborates with CSR and Executive Director to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
