Ramp is hiring for a Manager, Account Manager | Growth in the Sales department. Location includes New York HQ and San Francisco, with compensation of $180K–$247K plus equity and commissions. This is a full-time role overseeing 5–8 AMs managing ~3,000 SMB customers.

You will shape the playbooks, coaching systems, and performance metrics to scale the segment next year, driving activation, retention, and expansion.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management
• Minimum 1+ years building and leading account management or sales teams
• Experience in fast-paced GTM environments, SaaS or AI preferred

Aufgaben

• Build and lead a 5-8 person Account Manager team
• Prioritize team time and break into top accounts
• Own the number: manage quota, pipeline, and forecasts
• Hire and develop AMs with product and market training
• Coach through daily 1:1s and feedback sessions
• Refine processes and tooling as the segment scales
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product
