Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a results-driven agricultural sales professional in the United States to expand our crop input business. You will develop new prospects, interact with growers, and manage accounts while ensuring timely delivery and product quality.

The role emphasizes advising growers on products and practices, and collaborating with Credit and Accounts teams to manage credit and collections. Prior farming or ag retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred, or 5+ years agriculture experience
• 2+ years' experience in agriculture industry and application of agricultural chemicals
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and interact with growers to increase agricultural inputs sales and meet sales goals
• Ensure customer satisfaction of products, including on-time and accurate delivery and quality
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of proprietary products
• Consult with growers on agricultural issues and prescribe actions to resolve issues
• Perform initial credit review of customers and provide information to Credit Manager to set credit limits
• Collect outstanding accounts receivable from customers
• Perform other duties as assigned
