Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years agriculture experience acceptable
• 2+ years in agriculture industry with agricultural chemical application
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and basic computer tools

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and interact with existing growers to increase inputs sales and meet sales goals
• Ensure customer satisfaction of products including on-time and accurate delivery and quality
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of proprietary products
• Consult with growers on agricultural issues and prescribe actions to resolve issues
• Perform initial credit review of customers and provide necessary information to Credit Manager to set limits
• Collect outstanding accounts receivable from customers
• Perform other duties as assigned
