Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Crop Consultant for our Beemer, NE location. You will develop new prospects and interact with growers to increase crop-input sales and meet sales and profit goals, while ensuring on-time delivery and product quality.

You will advise growers on agricultural issues, prescribe actions to resolve problems, conduct credit reviews, and help collect outstanding receivables. Other duties may apply.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred or 5+ years agriculture experience.
• 2+ years’ experience using standard concepts within agriculture.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and similar software.

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and interact with growers to increase inputs sales and meet goals.
• Assure customer satisfaction of products and on-time, accurate delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to sell proprietary products.
• Consult with growers on agricultural issues and prescribe actions to resolve issues.
• Perform initial credit review of customers and assist with credit limits.
• Collect outstanding accounts receivable from customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
