Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a Crop Consultant to drive agricultural inputs sales in Conway, NC. You will interact with growers, promote proprietary products, and ensure on-time delivery and product quality. The role requires agricultural knowledge and the ability to assess customer credit risk.

Associate level position with on-site work. The team focuses on growth, customer satisfaction, and solving agricultural challenges for growers across North America.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred; in lieu of degree, 5+ years agriculture experience.
• 2+ years' experience in agriculture industry and with agricultural chemicals.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and similar programs.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and interact with existing growers to increase agricultural inputs sales to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction of products including on-time and accurate delivery and quality of product.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the sales of proprietary products.
• Consult with growers on agricultural issues and prescribe actions to resolve issues; address adverse product results.
