Job summary
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites by the Galleria in Houston seeks an experienced Hotel Sales Manager. If you're outgoing, enthusiastic, and have creative selling strategies, you're ambitious about meeting sales goals.
The role requires 2+ years in hotel sales management, familiarity with the Houston/Galleria area, and strong skills in guest relations, negotiation, and multitasking. Previous Delphi/Salesforce and Hilton experience are a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years as hotel sales manager.
- Familiar with Houston/Galleria area preferred.
- Delphi and Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Strong multitasking and guest relations skills.
Responsibilities
- Direct and indirect solicitation for corporate groups and other markets.
- Conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain client relationships and up-sell products and services.
- Close opportunities based on market conditions and property needs.
- Conduct property tours and promote facilities and services.
- Create banquet event orders, write contracts and service events.
