The Hilton Garden Inn / Home2 Suites by Hilton Houston is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and ensure smooth operations for group bookings and events. This role blends client service, administrative tasks, and event coordination to help drive revenue and guest satisfaction.

You will assist with proposals, manage reservations, coordinate meetings, and maintain sales databases, while liaising with clients and internal teams to deliver seamless experiences.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in hotel sales.
• Two years related experience in a hotel/resort sales environment.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Mansioni

• Assist sales team with proposals, contracts, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate group bookings, manage rooming lists, and ensure accurate details.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to execute meetings and events.
