Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Sales with daily operations and tasks.
• Handle group booking requests from inquiry to contract.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and invoices.
• Maintain and update the sales database/CRM.
• Generate sales reports for management review.
• Coordinate site visits and client meetings.
• Support sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.
