Job summary

Boyne Resorts' The Summit at Snoqualmie and Alpental is seeking a customer-focused professional to develop, network, and grow new business while maintaining current accounts at one of Washington state’s premier ski destinations.

You will help achieve monthly department goals, seasonal budgets, and objectives, while providing exceptional service through the full guest journey and supporting group bookings and events.

Qualifications

• Must display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as customer service skills.
• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work responsibilities and goals, as well as work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Represent The Summit at Snoqualmie as a leader to past, present, and future clients at all times.
• Acquire new leads and markets via phone and email, trade shows and events, virtual meetings, member associations and networking.
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients through the entire group booking guest journey.
• Follow up on incoming leads and requests for proposal.
