Job summary

The Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Rental Manager to oversee all rental locations, lead staffing, budgeting, training, and operational execution across the department.

Responsibilities include staffing plans, coach Supervisors, and ensuring safety, guest service, and efficiency in a fast-paced resort environment. This is a full-time, on-site role with a seasonal to year-round scope.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing labor budgets, staffing, scheduling, and departmental expenses.
• Experience with employee hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial information for sound business decisions.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of all rental locations; ensure consistent standards, policies, and procedures.
• Develop staffing and labor plans aligned with business levels and budgets.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and seasonal staffing for the rental department.
• Coach Supervisors and Leads to strengthen leadership and performance.
• Maintain high standards for guest service and monitor feedback to drive improvements.
