Job summary

Boyne Resorts' Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Rental Manager to oversee the daily operation of all rental locations across the resort. You will lead staffing, training, and performance, ensuring safety, guest service, and operational excellence throughout the department.

Responsibilities include developing staffing plans, recruiting seasonal staff, coaching Supervisors and Leads, and maintaining policy compliance while delivering a top-tier guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in ski resort rental operations.
• Experience managing labor budgets, staffing, scheduling, and departmental expenses.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial information.
• Commitment to safety and guest service.

Responsibilities
